A Photo blog
Hi Y'all,That sure is pretty flower!Y'all come by now,Hawk aka BrownDog
Love the color!
Ohhhh, they are so pretty. I love it when spring starts popping out all over!
Gorgeous! I love this little sign on spring on such a brutal wintry day. Hopefully there will be flowers blooming here before long.
Gorgeous lobelia (I think)!
Spring time!
A fellow Tucsonan following from the blog hop. Lovely photo.
Wow! That's a beautiful shot! There's hope for Spring after all!
So vibrant and rich! Nothing stands out better than purple!
I adore lobelias - so tiny and such a brilliant shade of blue/purple. IF I am not mistaken, their origins are South African, the hybrids having been bred from our indigenous wild varieties. Best of all, they are self-seeding and flower abundantly.
Desiree has some great info! Thanks! I was just impressed that they have that lovely periwinkle-ish color I love so much :)
