Oh for goodness sake...Those horns look sharp and pointy. My neighbor at the ranch has the kind of cattle wth horns like that too. Don't wear your new red dress . Ha.
Oh, Wow! Did they pitch up in your garden??? Wandered off someone's ranch to see if you had anything tasty to nibble on? They're beautiful, even if not exactly 'expected' !!!
I have been remiss in not visiting as often as I'd like to (still on puppy-sitting duty!) - but came this evening, to catch up.
I started here and worked my way back through your posts - I've left a comment on each ;)
I really do want to encourage you to keep writing, now you've lifted the veil off your apparent non-writing ability and shown us ALL that you've been fibbing!!! YES, you have! You write so well, spontaneously and from the heart and that truly is the BEST writing!!!
Thank you for having done so too, as you'd answered a number of my questions. I told my husband about the 'snow in the desert' and he said, "Didn't you know? Yes, it does sometimes snow in the desert!" Without your blog, I'd have died not knowing, of that I'm certain!
You're SO LUCKY to be able to enjoy genuine starry nightskies! We have a much diluted version with all the city lights interfering. We also fall asleep listening to cars driving down our street. COYOTES!!! Now there's a thrilling sound (I imagine, as I've not ever heard them!) It seems we each have many blessings in our vastly different geographical locations. And, along with those, some not such great things to put up with :)

I think he's kinda cute... in a picture... probably not up close and personal, though. :)
He blends in quite nicely, doesn't he?
