Oh wonderful! You have a new profile picture...love it! Believe it or not, I can now see the photographer behind your deep eyes. Today's rose is another beauty. You always take the most exquisite pictures, Cherie as though you reach deep into the soul of each rose. You must have a lovely rose garden!!!

Desiree...
Just know that the black at the bottom of the profile picture is not a beard but the top of the lens :0). I was playing with my camera using a mirror, which was a little tricky.
I have around a dozen rose bushes but they are in little plots, not a real garden.
Your gardens should be featured in a magazine, if they haven't been already! Their beauty shows all the work and love you put into them.
For those who have not seen Desiree's blog don't waste another minute. Click on her badge at the right "Driftwood Ramblings". You're in for a treat.Have a wonderful day!

Cherie, thank you very much for your generous complimen,t but my garden would probably be pulled apart by those who really know about garden design and modern gardening style and trends. Ours is just a space we've created to satisfy our own needs for a little sanctuary. I'm obviously delighted to know you like it, too, because I truly believe a garden is to be shared!

I hadn't mistaken the black smudge for a beard...seriously ;) I think you're jolly clever to have just been mucking around with your camera in front of a mirror! See, that just proves how talented you are!!! It's such a good, candid picture I thought you'd had it 'professionally' done...honestly!

I'm not sure you recognise how very good you really are??? I still think you could publish a coffee table book with your best pictures...I'd definitely buy a copy!
